   KCB齒輪油(you)泵在輸油(you)系統中可(kě)用作傳輸(shū)、增壓泵；KCB gear oil pump in the oil system can be used as a transport, booster pump;

   KCB齒輪(lun)泵主要有(yǒu)齒輪、軸、泵(beng)體、安全閥(fá)、軸端密封(fēng)所組成。齒(chi)輪經熱處(chù)理有較高(gao)的硬度和(he)強度，與軸(zhóu)一同安裝(zhuāng)在可更換(huan)的軸套♍内(nèi)運轉。泵内(nèi)全部零件(jiàn)的潤滑均(jun)在泵工作(zuo)時利用輸(shū)出介質而(er)自動達到(dao)。KCB gear pump are mainly gear, shaft, pump body, valve, shaft end seal. 　　1、在安裝過(guò)程中，為防(fang)止雜物落(luo)入機器内(nèi)，機組的所(suo)有孔㊙️眼🌈均(jun)應蓋好。1, during the installation process, so as to prevent debris into the machine, all perforation should cover of the unit.

　　2、在(zai)接好管路(lù)及确定電(diàn)動機轉動(dòng)方向後，再(zài)接上聯軸(zhou)器🌐，并再校(xiao)👣核一遍軸(zhou)的同心度(dù)。2, good on the line and determine the direction of motor rotation, and coupling is connected, check it again and shaft concentricity.

　　3、校正泵軸(zhóu)和電機軸(zhou)的同心度(dù)，在聯軸大(dà)路外圓上(shang)🚶‍♀️，允💋許偏差(cha)0.1毫米；兩聯(lián)軸器平面(mian)的間隙應(yīng)保證2～4毫米(mǐ)，（小泵取小(xiǎo)值）間隙要(yao)均勻，允差(cha)0.3毫米。3, calibration of pump shaft and motor shaft concentricity, cylindrical, along the road in coupling allowable deviation of 0.1 mm;In the plane of the two coupling gap should guarantee 2 ~ 4 mm, small little pump (in value) clearance wants even, tolerance of 0.3 mm.

　　4、将機(ji)組放在埋(mái)有地腳螺(luó)栓的基礎(chǔ)上，在底座(zuo)與基礎㊙️之(zhī)間⚽，用成對(duì)的楔墊用(yong)校正用。4, put the unit in buried with anchor bolt, on the basis of between the base and foundation, with pairs of wedge cushion with correction.

　　5、為(wéi)防止管線(xian)中雜物進(jìn)入泵内，對(dui)新安裝的(de)管線，在泵(beng)膠🚩應裝✌️設(she)✌️過濾器，其(qi)有效截面(miàn)應大于吸(xī)入管截面(mian)的2～3倍。5, in order to prevent debris into the pump in the pipeline, pipeline of new installation glue should be installed in the pump filters, the effective cross section should be greater than the suction pipe section 2 ~ 3 times.

　　6、松開(kāi)聯軸大，用(yong)水平儀分(fèn)别放在泵(bèng)軸和底座(zuo)上，通過調(diào)整楔墊㊙️，校(xiao)正機組水(shuǐ)平，适當擰(nǐng)緊地腳螺(luó)栓，以防走(zou)動。6, loose coupling, use level on the pump shaft and base, respectively, by adjusting the wedge cushion, correction unit level, tighten the anchor bolts, just in case.

　　7、在機組(zu)實際試運(yùn)行2～3小時後(hòu)，作最後檢(jiǎn)查，如無不(bú)良現象，則(ze)認為安裝(zhuang)合格。
